Admin: People, then Invite

Type their name and cell number, pick their role, press Send SMS invitation. That’s the whole setup.

The sign-in link opens in the browser already on their phone. No account to create, no password to invent.

What it replaces

Nothing for them to create

No account to register, no password to forget, no app store, no IT ticket. The link opens in whatever browser is already on the phone in their pocket — the same phone they are going to use at six in the morning in a gravel lot.

No training day

They land on their own screen and they see only their own screen. The scale house and the billing side are not hidden from them behind a warning — they are simply not theirs, so there is nothing to explain and nothing to break.

Field crews do not manage credentials. Access is a link you give and a link you can stop, and it belongs to a person rather than to a sticky note on a monitor.

They land where they work

Roles decide the screen. Nobody has to be told which menu to open, because the only thing in front of them is the job they came to do.
